I didn't know that yawning cool our brains. I thought that we yawnning when we are tired or bored. When I read this article I yawned about 15 times. It is funny.
Hey There - Yawning? Good For You!
Before reading that article, I had no idea, why people are yawning. I thought, that we are yawing only when we are bored or want to sleep. Last version of that reason was so called "imitation instinct". There are lot of jokes about it, like: "Yawn at work place today, made a flash mob". It means, that after you have yawn, all others also start doing that.
After that article I realised, that scientist have found a logical solution. We yawn to cool down our brain. Simply good reason. When our brain temperature grows, it can cause many disease, if it is not cooled down. So, when we a listening to boring lecture and start yawning, it means, that our brain started to "boil".
Epilepsy, migraines and insomnia are all related either to excessive bouts of yawning or with inability to regulate brain temperature. So, yawn more, save your brain.
I had no idea that people yawn because of the brain temperature. This article is cognitive and really interesting to read. And funny thing is that it is impossible not to yawn while just saying the word "yawn". I like to yawn.
Japan's Holographic Pop Star
Holographic Pop Star looks beautifully and unusual especially when it looks like a real people, but it has uneusual colour of hair and it can move and sing like a human. But I think that is sad that holograms can replace a real pop stars and people will like holographic pop stars more than real stars.

"Skype: Its Your Computer Calling"
I think Skype is really good idea and programm for people who leaves far away from each other. It´s cheaper and easier to use Skype than telephone calls. But it is so sad that Estonia had sold Skype to Microsoft. Skype is a very good chance to do money but Estonia had lost it. But i think Microsoft know better how to improve this interesting programm. And Estonia has left its mark on the world - it is good.
Hey There - Yawning? Good For You!
This article is very interesting discovery for me. Like a usual person, I yawn 100 times per day and I have never thought about its influence on human's brain. I honestly didn't know that the wide opening of our mouths while yawning helps cool the brain. I even didn't know that our brain need to be cooled sometimes.So next time I yawn, I know what might be happening inside my brain!
I also know that stretching after a nap is too very helpful for our organism.

Oh My! I Wish I Could Fly
This article is about an exciting activity - ballooning. I think that people all over the world have always dreamed about flying like birds. And I am not an exception. The first opportunity to do that appeared with invention of the balloon. And it is really incredible.
P.S. It was quite interesting to get know that fist passengers of the balloon were a duck, a rooster, and a sheep. Really funny.
I hope in the future I would get the chance try to fly this awesome aerostate.

The Mysterious Dark Force Wins
This article is about dark energy - a force which holds the universe and the distant galaxies together, preventing them from flying away. I was surprised that this force has a name and opposes the gravity - I thought that only gravity holds the universe. Bur there is also dark matter which makes 20% of universe, 70% of it consists of dark energy and only 5% of universe are all galaxies, stars and planets! really shocking news for me, I couldn't ever think about dark energy and that it really exists!

It is very surprising article for me, because I`ve never heard anything about planets` tilts. And I didn`t even know that the reason for seasons on planets is its tilt. That`s very interesting that Venus has no seasons because of its axis place and Uranus's unusual tilt causes 42 years of continuous sunlight and 42 years of continuous darkness at its poles.

Before reading that article I didn't know, that people are seriously keen on fly on Mars. Such kind experiment, that has been done with six astrounauts, means that in future (maybe even we will be live) people may live on a new planet. Scientists have shown that ravens (closely related to crows) are truly rather intelligent.
Ravens, crows and magpies are all Corvids. That they are not dumb has long been suspected. In fact corvids surpass other aves (birds) in intelligence. Now it has been shown that they are probably on par with apes, or in some cases even better, as measured by various intelligence tests.

Our population is growing , but our planet is not and we can have a over population in several next years, but I think is it impossible, because when one people is born - second is died ...So we should stay good!
It is wonderful that in 2100 year our population can cross the line of 10 billions, but scientists tell us that in many developed countries now are demographic problems , that means that people die more than there was born.In our country these problems are too. This is article about very fascinating frog - it's long legged and rainbow colored. It was found by a group of scientists recently. Before that it was seen last time 87 years ago. They are very rare, because they live in swamps that full of fungal dicease. It's very dreadful for toads and frogs, because amphibians breath with their skin. I don’t think that algae-powered planes in the future is something extraordinary for us. Scientist have been trying to find new sources of alternative energy for a long time. Reduction of non-renewable resources is very serious problem especially nowadays, when the world population has recently reached the 7 billion mark.
Using an algal biofuel is very interesting solution. I didn't know what there are nearly 10,000 varieties of algae and everything that they need to grow is only water, sunlight and carbon-di-oxide. But what if there was no more algae left?

This article attracted me with the topic of airballoons and the gorgeous picture of the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta.
I knew nothing about airballoons berofe reading this article. But now I learned about the history of it and how it flies.
I suppose it's wonderful when 345 balloons are ascending to the sky. If I had an opportunity I would visit this action and try to fly with the balloon.
I want to add that the airballoons were not just colorful in Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta. They were covered with many various figures and signs.

1.Id like that:The Kinect has 2 cameras - a normal video camera that captures images, and an infra-red camera, that measures the depth of what it is seeing. The Kinect emits infra-red rays, which are invisible to the naked eye, just like x-rays and radio waves.

Is Spongebob In Trouble?
I haven't idea that certoons so influence to us. But I think that the main question in all this problem is time. I spend near TV only 30minutes a day. Is it a lot? I think no. But I know that kids spend near TV over 2-3 hours a day. That's way they had troubles with tasks after watching. The main problem of our generation is that we spend a lot of time in front of computer or TV. I think TV and I-net challenge dependence in us. But in my opinion people have way out. Firstly we can do all homework and only after that spend our free time in front of TV or computer.

I am interested in this article because I have read a lot of topics about Statue of Liberty. I read a lot of articles because I will be go to the USA in the summer 2012. And, of course I necessarily will go to the Lady Liberty.
I knew earlier, for example, about that so it was gift from France, that sculptor was Frenchman Fr. Bartholdi, and that from the Statue of Liberty all people may to see a panoramic view of the Manhattan slyline.

In my opinion it is true. The present children are watching TV more. It is the better to wacth TV at 2 hours a day. Usually I watch TV about 3-4 hours. In my opinion before homework you can watch TV, but no more 1 hour.
